This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted, cancellations are handled, and disputes are resolved. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
All of our services are delivered digitally through online consultations, strategy reports, presentations, and personalized recommendations. Since no physical products are shipped, our refund and return policy focuses on service-related scenarios.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Not Initiated: If no consultations have taken place and no deliverables have been sent.
- Technical Issues on Our Side: If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to technical or operational difficulties on our part.
- Billing Errors: In cases of duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges.
Refunds are not automatically granted once services are delivered, as each service involves significant time, research, and customization.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences after services have been delivered as agreed.
- Missed online sessions or consultations without prior notice (see Section 4 on rescheduling).
- Delays or inability to provide required information, documents, or feedback on the client’s side.
- When the service has been substantially completed or fully delivered.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling by Client: You may reschedule a booked session if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be considered delivered and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling by Us: In rare cases, if we need to reschedule, we will inform you as soon as possible and arrange a new time at your convenience.
5. Partial Refunds
If only part of the service package has been delivered (for example, one consultation completed but not the entire plan), a partial refund may be considered. The refunded amount will reflect the portion of the work not yet provided. Partial refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing each case.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us at help@sv-st-partners-lh.top within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Include:
- Your full name and order details.
- A description of the issue or reason for the request.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., duplicate billing receipt).
We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, returned to the original payment method.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to reach out again so we can work toward a fair solution. Should disagreements persist, disputes may be handled under applicable laws (see Section 8).
8. Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with international business standards and the laws applicable to our registered jurisdiction. Clients purchasing from outside our jurisdiction agree that their transactions fall under these same terms.
